Soak Up Progress & Support Your Potential
Seneca, a Stoic Philosopher says “"No man is free who is not master of himself".
Part of mastering ourselves is getting to know ourselves.
When we know better, we can be and do better.
In this article, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your year, basking in the glory of your progress, as well as use this to water your growth for the next year.
2024 Reflection
What challenge did you overcome this year that helped you grow as a person?
What did you learn about yourself by overcoming this challenge?
In what area do you feel you've made a noteworthy improvement?
What made you experience the most gratitude this year?
Who’s the person you couldn’t have gotten through this year without? How did they help you?
What risks were you afraid to take and why?
What is something you bought this year that you were grateful you invested in?
Is there anything you would like to let go of that may create space for receiving more of what you desire next year?
If your year was summarized as a book or song title, what would it be named?
What guidance can you give yourself for 2025?
2025 Vision
If you could invest more time, resources and energy to accomplish ONE thing with your health and wellness next year, what would it be?
Why is accomplishing this important to you?
What steps would you take to accomplish this one thing that is very important to you?
What are some of the distractions you may experience when setting out to accomplish this?
What are strategies you can use to minimize these distractions, get the support you can thrive with, and keep you accountable?
What does it feel like to fulfill this wellness vision? How would your life be different?
If there were more risks you could take that could add to your evolution, what would they be?
When fear comes up around taking these potentially life-changing risks (in the best way possible) how can you move through this fear?
If you were to reflect in December 2025, what would you be grateful for being and doing?
What is ONE word you can use to describe who you strive to be in 2025? This will be your “word of the year” you can refer to when things feel off. Also, this word can change!
Thank you for setting aside the time and space to reflect and create a vision. It shows your personal growth is dear to you.
