Mobility Mastery with Michelle (SMALL GROUP COACHING)

  • Frequency: We meet in-person weekly for 60 minutes for a small group mobility class, with the option to join a 30-minute coaching circle after class.

  • Includes: Health and movement coaching, and optional email check-ins.

  • Commitment: No commitment, drop in.

  • Ideal for: Calgary residents (men and women welcome) who prefer an in-person small group experience at a lower investment, and would like low-touch support and accountability.

  • Investment: $20.00 CAD/class

Ms. Independent (1 ON 1 COACHING)

  • Frequency: We meet online monthly for 60 minutes, OR bi-weekly for 30 minutes.

  • Includes: Health and movement coaching, coaching app access, personalized strength programming, message-based support, email check-ins and wellness bonuses.

  • Excludes: No exclusions.

  • Commitment: 4 months.

  • Ideal for: Busy women who want fewer touch points and high support with their movement program and lifestyle changes.
