With the single session service, you get to book a session as you please.
In our session, we will:
Review, master, and progress your prescribed movements (usually between 3-5 movements)
Co-create a plan that makes it silly easy to incorporate your movement medicine throughout your day
Hold a safe space to share any wellness wins, challenges, and lessons from the last week
As an added bonus, there is an email check-in offered as a part of the service to ensure you are supported and have your questions answered.
Excludes: VIP Program Access; app with guided videos on your prescribed movements (including reps, sets, weight, tempo etc.) with day-to-day and week-to-week program updates/progressions, 1on1 message support with same-day reply, feedback on your filmed movement videos, & more!
