💪 HOW THIS CAN SUPPORT YOU 💪
Dill-liberately build a more resilient body to skyrocket your joint health and pickleball game, without pushing through pain, getting frustrated with your performance, or relying on joint braces to feel confident in your body.
Let’s release limitations in your body and make those tricky dinks and drives go from impossible to POSSIBLE to get. How does creating complete confidence in your physical capabilities sound?
⚡️ WHAT TO EXPECT ⚡️
After a quick check-in, we will do a couple warm up moves, and then we dive into independent and group play-based mobility, balance, strength for 15 minutes before the real fun happens– working on our explosiveness! No paddles needed.
Attending consistently can yield better results.

Walk away with the 1 personalized movement drill with coaching unique for your body (based on me analyzing your movement throughout the class) to work on outside of class to catapult your progress!

Mobility Mastery
Stiffness, achiness, pain... we welcome it all.

When we master our mobility, which is controlled, stable movement through a full range of motion, THIS builds strength and decreases pain and injury. In this class, we build more resilient joints so you can function more freely, with ease, confidence and lightness in your daily life.
Join us if you are ready to create real (and permanent) progress in your joint health, stiffness, and body pain.

After a quick check-in, we will do a couple warm up moves, some foam rolling, and then we dive into independent and group play-based mobility, balance and strength, topping things off with an intentional wellness meditation with a weekly theme.
Movement is meant to meet you where you are, so we welcome humans with all abilities. These sessions don't just train your body, they coach your mind, heart, and soul.
