PYW In-Person Movement Classes

Mobility Mastery

Stiffness, achiness, pain... we welcome it all.

When we master our mobility, which is controlled, stable movement through a full range of motion, THIS builds strength and decreases pain and injury.

In this class, we build more resilient joints so you can function more freely, with ease and lightness in your daily life.

We incorporate play (something us adults subconsciously crave), a supportive community that celebrates you, and an intentional wellness meditation with a weekly theme.

Movement is meant to meet you where you are, so we welcome humans with all abilities. These sessions don't just train your body, they coach your mind, heart, and soul.

See you there, Masterful Mover!
